Gerry McClure

Gerry McClure qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and founded the firm in 1984. He is a Solicitor-Advocate which enables him to appear in the High Court and the Appeal Court. Gerry has an interest in the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. He has been appointed as Curator ad litem (a type of Safeguarder appointed by the Court to look after the interests of a vulnerable party) in the Sheriff Court and also the Mental Health Tribunal system. For the past 10 years he has also tutored in criminal law at University. When not practising law Gerry enjoys golf.

Anne Bolger

Anne Bolger qualified as a solicitor in 2003, and is now a Director of the company. Anne specialises in mental health cases and has extensive experience in general civil business. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Anne had 25 years experience in Social Work. When not practising law Anne enjoys reading and weeding.

Jim Rhodes

Jim qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and was made an Associate of the company in 2003. Jim is prominent immigration practitioner and also has extensive criminal experience in all Scottish Courts. When not practising law Jim enjoys football and family activities.

John Harper

John Harper is our newest solicitor who qualified in 2012. He was previously a submariner. John is passionate about social justice and has been involved in several socially worthwhile campaigns. When not practising law John enjoys cycling and the martial arts.
